Scott M. Conn, President & CEO
Scott is a veteran of the United States Army and United States Marine Corps and is retired from federal government service. He has thirty years experience in the intelligence, security and law enforcement communities. He holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Scott is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Korean and has completed a number of advanced training courses in intelligence, counter-terrorism and law enforcement subjects. Scott is Adjunct Faculty at National University in San Diego and has taught at American Military University.
Richard McPherson, Executive Vice President
Richard is a retired U.S. Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer who began his naval career in the Fleet Ballistic Missile Force and served on staff under Admiral Hyman Rickover. Among his many qualifications, Richard is a qualified Nuclear Submarine Officer, Surface Warfare Officer, Diving and Salvage Officer, Special Warfare Officer and Nuclear Welder. He has also served on the Navy Propulsion Examining Board and the Naval Board of Inspection and Survey. Upon retirement from the Navy, Richard served as the United States Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency on a six nation group following the accident at Chernobyl. Richard has also served as an advisor on numerous issues within the U.S. Intelligence Community and for Senior Government Officials.
E. Alan Platt, Executive Director of National Security Programs
Alan is a Naval Academy Graduate in Aeronautical Engineering and former Naval Aviator. With one of the most impressive resumes in the intelligence community, Alan's experience includes assignments as Assistant Deputy Director for Operations with the National Security Agency, Deputy and Acting Chief of the DCI Counterintelligence Center, Deputy Chief of the Special Activities Division of the CIA and Chief of Station for three area divisions at the CIA. Alan holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of West Florida and is a Graduate of the CIA Fellows Program
Gregory H. Adkisson, MD, Executive Director of Medical and WMD Programs
Greg is a Naval Academy Graduate in Bioscience and holds an MD from the University of Arizona School of Medicine. An Honor Graduate of the Naval War College with a Master's Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies, Greg's thesis focused on weapons of mass destruction with an emphasis on biological warfare. Greg is a board certified anesthesiologist and spent much of his naval career in undersea and hyperbaric medicine and is qualified in submarines, diving and saturation diving. His experience includes assignments as an Exchange Officer in Undersea Medicine in the United Kingdom and Commanding Officer of Naval Health care New England. In addition, Greg has served as Chairman of Anesthesiology at a major East Coast Medical Facility.
Craig L. Etka, Executive Director for Undersea Systems Programs
Craig is a Naval Academy Graduate, with distinction, in Aeronautical Engineering and holds a Master's Degree in Oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He is a former U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Commanding Officer during the Cold War. He served as the Senior Submarine Advisor in the Indian Ocean for Commander Submarine Group SEVEN and Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer on the Staff of Commander Carrier Group SEVEN. He was the War Plans Officer for Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet and Operations Officer for the Defense Liaison Division of the Office of the Vice Chief of Naval Operations. For the last twenty years, Craig has been involved at all levels, including Program Manager, for development of undersea systems directly related to our National Security.
George S. Soper, Senior Operations Manager
George is a retired U.S. Marine with over twenty five years operational experience in the intelligence community. George has attended numerous advanced level intelligence courses and is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Chinese and Thai. George holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Among George's many tactical assignments, he has served in operational positions in Iraq, on staff at the US Navy/Marine Corps SERE School and as a contract HUMINT Instructor at Ft. Huachuca.
